Determination of trace beryllium in U3O8 by extraction chromatography separation and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

Description
The method for the determination of trace beryllium in U3O8 is described by graphite furnace AAS after extraction chromatography separation with TBP levextrel resin. Mg(NO3)2 is used as a matrix modifier in determination of beryllium. The determination limit and relative standard deviation are 1 ppb Be and 2.6% respectively. The recovery of Be is 98%
