Anomalous dependence of the Hall effect and thermoelectric power on the magnetic field in p-Bi2Ti3

Description
The Hall effect oscillations in p-Bi2Te3 monocrystals in the form of a plateau set are detected. The Hall effect quantization is caused by the Fermi level stabilization in the impurity zone, located above the top of the heavy hole zone in Bi2Te3(Sn)
