Efficiency of rotor blades repaired on power stations by application of welding

Description
Examples of erosion wearing away of the rotor blades input and output edges for steam turbines with 25-1200 MW power which are exposed to the drip-shock erosion and hard particles action of the steam environment are given. Maintenance results during 16 years of blades repaired on the rotor in power plant conditions as well as by disassembly with subsequent heat treatment are presented

Приведены примеры эрозионного изнашивания входных и выходных кромок рабочих лопаток паровых турбин мощностью 25-1200 МВт, подвергающихся каплеударной эрозии и воздействию твердых частиц паровой среды. Представлены результаты эксплуатации в течение 16 лет лопаток, восстановленных в условиях электростанций на роторе, а также при демонтаже с последующей термической обработкойAdditional details
