Description
Thin films of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O were produced on substrates including (100) MgO and (100) SrTiO/sub 3/ from a variety of targets. Characterization included thickness spread and energy dependence, surface roughness, resistivity, x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy
