Development and its applications on atmospheric pressure microwave induced plasma discharge cavity
Description
A novel surface wave excitation microwave induced plasma discharge cavity was developed. The construction and performance of main parts are described. The characteristic of surface wave excitation microwave induced plasma discharge cavity was compared between the characteristic of cylindrical cavity and torch cavity. The application of He and Ar microwave induced plasma in atomic emission and atomic absorption and gas chromatography analysis was studied under microwave induced plasma discharge cavity as light source
