Description
Features previously detected by ion channeling experiments in multi-component yttrium iron garnets provide information on the structure of these materials. Numerical modeling program was worked out for these features classification in terms of binary atoms collision model. In Y3Fe5O12 garnet crystal there was recovered effective channel of triangle form for numerical modeling for <111> direction. On the orientation dependencies received in the results of calculations there were detected the same features as in the experiment
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
