Description

A model of the radiation pore core production is proposed on the basis of the diffusion-deformation instability mechanism of the metal quasi-equilibrium redundant vacancies by irradiation is proposed. The above model makes it possible to calculate the flows of vacancies, determined by the rising diffusion, with an account of the surface tension forces effect in the volume of increasing vacancies accumulation. The calculational results indicate the change of the vacancies accumulation profile from the vacancies small fluctuation up to the proper core formation. It is shown that the radiation pore core has the radius, exceeding the critical one. Thus, a main difficulty of common thermodynamic approach to the description of core formation of a new phase may be solved
