Description
Instrumental neutron activation analysis method (INAA) employing 8 h irradiation has been used for determination of 14 elements in soil samples collected from 9 different locations surrounding an industrial unit of Cochin city. A wide difference have been observed in elemental concentrations of As, Cr, Br, Sb and other typical formulating elements in soil samples collected from different locations. (author). 5 refs., 1 tab
