State diagram of the neodymium-antimony system
Description
A full state diagram of neodymium-antimony system has been plotted by the data of physico-chemical analysis. Compounds Nd2Sb, Nd5Sb3, Nd4Sb, NdSb and NdSb2 within the system have been identified, the compounds being formed according to peritectic reactions at 1553±10, 1833±15, 1994±15 and 1328±10 K respectively. Compound NdSb is melted at 2203±20 K with an open maximum. Polymorphism of compound NdSb2 has been ascertained. Mutual solubility of the initial components in solid state makes up less than 1 at.%

По данным физико-химического анализа построена полная диаграмма состояния системы неодим-сурьма. В системе идентифицированы соединения Nd2Sb, Nd5Sb3, Nd4Sb, NdSb и NdSb2, которые образуются по перитектическим реакциям при 1553±10, 1833±15, 1994±15 и 1328±10 K соответственно. Соединение NdSb при 2203±20 K плавится с открытым максимумом. Установлен полиморфизм соединения NdSb2. Взаимная растворимость исходных компонентов в твердом состоянии составляет менее 1 ат.%Additional details
