Theoretical and applied aspects of the problem of soil-vegetation radioaktive pollution control
Description
Considered are the sources of soil pollution with technogenic radionuclides and the ways of their administration into agricultural products. The importance of various factors affecting the administration of technogenic radionuclides in plants and their removal from the soil with crops are discussed. Reactions of certain ecological systems in the case of a high level of their radioactive pollution are described. Problems for further investigations in the field of agricultural radioecology are formulated. The importance of achie--vements of radioecology in the solution of the general problem of protecting soils and vegetation from technogenic pollution is considered
