Some recent possibilities of examination of skeleton in nuclear medicine
Description
A survey is presented of new diagnostic methods in osteology: the determination of the content of minerals in the bone using gamma radiation absorption, whole-body measurement of the retention of phosphate complexes labelled with radioactive technetium and the measurement of the blood flow in the femur trochater with radioactive xenon.
