Description
We demonstrate the vanishing of one-, two- and three-point functions in a class of four-dimensional string models, which implies the non-renormalization of the Kaehler potential and gauge kinetic term characterizing the low-energy effective field theory. Previous results are extended rigorously to genus two. We also discuss the prospects for further extension to arbitrary genus and gauge non-singlet fields. (orig.)
