Innovation Management of Fast Reactor Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

This paper describes how to use Fast Reactors Industry Alliance to effectively organize domestic forces as soon as possible and how to enhance fast reactor commercialization and industrial development through the combining ways of industry, academia and research at the time when the construction of China Experimental Fast Reactor is over. This paper analyses the innovation management of fast reactor industry alliance deeply from several aspect, including alliance, organizational structure and operational management. At last, the concrete measures at the operational level are given in order to better promote the industrial development of fast reactors. (authors)
