Crystal growth and physical properties of rare earth perovskite LaLuO3

Description

Conditions for growth LaLuO3 monocrystals from the melt of sufficient size are studied. Their structural and physicochemical properties are investigated. Their affiliation to the perovskite type structure with rhombic symmetry is shown
