Nuclear resonance measurements of CePd2Ga3 and LaPd2Ga3

Description
We investigated CePd2Ga3, a ferromagnetic Kondo lattice, and the non-magnetic analogue LaPd2Ga3 using the Ga NQR technique. While the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate 1/T1 of LaPd2Ga3 shows Korringa behaviour, that of CePd2Ga3 decreases with increasing temperature above TC=6.3 K. We discuss this behaviour in terms of the 4f spin correlation rate 1/τf and 4f-conduction electron hybridization. (orig.)
