Description
The technique of atomic-absorption (AA) determination of arsenic, thallium, tellurium in high-purity cadmium and of arsenic and thallium in high-purity tellurium has been developed. The technique provides the dissolution of samples of the metals analyzed in the dilute nitric acid and the determination of the content of impurities in solutions by the AA method with atomization in graphite furnace in presence of matrix modifier-the mixture of nitrates of magnesium and palladium. The range of determinable content is 5x10-6-n·10-4%, the relative standard deviation is 0.03-0.11 at concentration of impurities n·10-9% and higher
