Description

In this paper the author computes the secular perturbations of numbered asteroids and short-periodic comets whose semi-major axes are less than 30 a.u. by assuming that (1) the disturbing planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, (2) their orbital semi-major axes are not much disturbed, and (3) the disturbing planets are moving along circular orbits on Jupiter's orbital plane.
