  • 1. Rennes Univ., 35 (France). Lab. de Chimie des Materiaux Inorganiques et de Cristallographie

Description

Zn3[PO3(OH)]3.3H2O, Mr=538.1, triclinic. Panti 1, a=6.429(13), b=7.726(11), c=12.285(16) A, α=74.11(10), β=81.35(9), γ=80.99(9)0, V=576.0 A3, Dm=3.10(1)(by flotation), Dx=3.103 Mg m-3, Z=2, MoKα, λ=0.71069 A, μ=6.855 mm-1, F(000)=528, room temperature, R=0.033 fore 2310 reflections. The phase Zn3[PO3-(OH)]3(H2O)3 has been studied by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis with an automatic diffractometer. The structure contains [ZnO6] and [ZnO5] polyhedra linked together by [PO3(OH)] tetrahedra to build complex sheets in the ab plane. All these sheets are linked only by hydrogen bonds. (orig.)
