Changes of free radicals and LPO in mice irradiated by X-ray

Description
Free radical in X-irradiated mice was studied by ESR technique and LPO content was also investigated at same time. The results showed that free radicals in spleen gradually increased in 1 and 3 Gy irradiated groups compared with the normal. After 3 Gy irradiation, free radicals in spleen were enhanced with time. While, LPO content in liver increased with different doses and it fluctuated at different times after 3 Gy irradiation
