The guide sets out the principal radiation safety aspects to be considered in servicing work on radiation appliances. It also applies to radiation appliance servicing work in the use of radiation and to servicing work on types of radiation appliance used in nuclear power plants when the said use requires a safety licence under section 25 of the Finnish Radiation Act
