Estimating the time weight of a ring structure in gas-piston flow

  • 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Inzhenerno-Fizicheskij Inst., Moscow (Russian Federation)

Description

The ratios are presented making it possible to arrive theoretically at the calculated evaluation of the main structural parameter of the gas-piston flow - the time weight of the ring structure Ψ proceeding from the motion quantity minimum and energy minimum in the two-phase flow on the basis of assumptions of the earlier work. The list of the assumptions of the authors of this work is complemented by the empiric data thereon, that the Ψ values in the gas-piston flow are close to the β voluminous expendable vapor content, however the Ψ dependence on β proved to be differing from the linear one
