Description
The electrical resistance and thermoelectric power measurements for p and n type tungsten disulphide crystals grown by chemical vapor transport (CVT) and with spiral structures upon their faces have been measured as a function of pressure up to 80 K bar. All these measurements indicate the presence of a phase transition at 43.5 and 41 K bar for p and n type tungsten disulphide crystals respectively. (author)
