Maintenance of the subsidiary facilities of an electron beam accelerator
Description
The KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy of Research Institute) high-power electron beam irradiation facility, operating at the energies between 0.3 MeV and 10 MeV, has provided irradiation services to users in industries, universities, and institute in various fields. This diagram of the facility is as followings. Cooling system(the circulation of cooling water and the manufacturing of liquid He), the accelerating line of electron beam and the power supply system for electron beam acceleration(HF generation system, HV direct current system). This technical report describes briefly what had been done for the maintenance of this subsidiary facilities in 2008
