Description
Effect of isomorphic point defects on electron radiation characteristics under channeling is considered. On the basis of the developed theory one has made numerical estimations which demonstrate that practically no changes occur at concentrations < 10-3. Position of lines and their widths result from scattering of channeled electrons change at 10-2-10-1 impurity atom concentration, while sign of change for different impurities may vary
