Technique for removal of helium, hydrogen isotopes and first wall erosion gaseous products from the vacuum volume of a tokamak reactor
Creators
Description
The inveution refers to plasma physics and investigations into controlled thermonuclear fusion and can be applied for gaseous product removal from the tokamak reactor chamber. The invention is aimed at increasing gaseous product removal efficiency. For this purpose arcs resting upon exhaustion diaphragms by faces are initiated in the tokamak chamber using additional heating means (HF or SHF ones). The neutral gas is ionized, retained inside the arcs and pumped-out on te diaphragms. The method allows one one to eurich the pumped-out gas by helium
