Description
Automatic translation: The residual heat production of the spent THTR and AVR fuel assemblies was made with the computer program CHALEUR /1/ determined. The program includes a Combustion routine and records about 400 activation and fission products in addition to the heavy metal isotopes. at the various radioactive decay and activation chains with up to seven individual nuclides all major β and γ transitions are taken into account.

Die Nachwärmeproduktion der abgebrannten THTR- und AVR-Brennelemente wurde mit dem Computerprogramm CHALEUR /1/ ermittelt. Das Programm enthält eine Abbrandroutine und erfaßt neben den Schwermetallisotopen ca. 400 Aktivierungs- und Spaltprodukte. Bei den verschiedenen radioaktiven Zerfalls- und Aktivierungsketten mit bis zu sieben Einzelnukliden werden alle wesentlichen β- und γ-Übergänge berücksichtigt.
