Lead Coolant of inherent safety fast reactor and its physics properties
- 1. Qinghua Univ., Beijing, BJ (China)
Description
The authors describe briefly the inherent safety of a new type fast reactor which uses liquid metal lead as coolant. Newly published data of thermodynamic and transport properties of lead are collected and presented, including saturation vapour pressure, density, specific heat, specific enthalpy, conductivity, viscosity, Prandtl number and thermal diffusivity. Some curve fitting formulas on lead property data obtained by the authors are introduced. The 25 groups neutron cross sections of lead are presented
