Charged pion photoproduction from 10B

Description
Measurements were made of dsigma/dΩ [theta/sub π/ = 900(lab)] for 10B(γ,π+)10Be(g.s.) at T/sub π/ = 17, 29, and 42 MeV, for 10B(γ,π+)10Be(E/sub x/ = 3.37 MeV) at T/sub π/ = 29 and 42 MeV, and for 10B(γ,π-)10C(g.s.) at T/sub π/ = 29 MeV. The results disagree significantly with several recent distorted-wave impulse approximation calculations
