Description

Presented are modern methods of condensed media investigations in applied developments. Atomic-scale methods of investigations into materials structure are considered. These methods include autoionic microscopy, scanning sound microscopy and synchrotron irradiation. It is pointed out that nowadays synchrotron irradiation in conjunction with electron microscopy and atomic-sound tomography is regarded as the most effective one. Methods of investigation into liquid-metal systems based on diffraction, shape-inelastic and low-angle neutron scattering are also considered

Abstract (Russian)

Представлены современные методы исследования конденсированных сред в прикладных разработках. Рассмотрены атомно-масштабные методы исследования структуры материалов. Это - автоионная микроскопия, сканирующая зондовая микроскопия и синхротронное излучение. Отмечено, что в сочетании с электронной микроскопией и с атомно-зондовой томографией в настоящее время синхротронное излучение представляется наиболее эффективным. Рассмотрены также методы исследования жидкометаллических систем, основанные на дифракции, неупругом и малоугловом рассеянии нейтронов
