Measurement of liquid flow in open channels
Description
This International Standard deals with the measurement of steady flow in open channels by dilution methods using radioactive tracers with constant rate injection and integration techniques. These methods are applicable to the measurement of flow in channels where the flow conditions ensure efficient mixing of the injected solution throughout the flow. The annex provides an example of the calculation of uncertainty in the flow rate. (author)
