Die Planungstätigkeiten im 1. Quartal 1978 wurden wesentlich von der Neustrukturierung der HTR-Entwicklungsarbeiten beeinflußt. Kennzeichen der Neustrukturierung im Planungsbereich sind - Gründung eines HTR-Konsortiums GHT/HRB für die Planung des NWS, HHT und PNP (Vertrag paraphiert) - arbeitsteilige Entwicklung der gemeinsamen HTR-Komponenten für HHT und PNP durch GHT und HRB - Projektführung und federführende Rolle der Gesamtanlagenplanung im Bereich des Nuklearen Wärmeerzeugungssystems und der Dampfkraftanlage bei PNP durch GHT, (bei HHT durch HRB)
