Description
An automatic analysis system was developed to analyze 90Sr radioactivity in environmental sample. The analysis method was followed to the manual compiled by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In this research, the procedure of the Sr analysis before milking procedure of 90Y was separated to three groups such as 1) wet decomposition, 2) chemical separation, and 3) ion exchange. The system needed to be improved in each group after the previous paper. In the wet deposition system, a heating program of hot plate was separated to two steps from one step to prevent bumping. Moreover, air spraying nozzle was added to the system. Next, stirring function of stirrer was added to the chemical separation system to make a distribution solution uniform. Finally, liquid surface detecting system was added to the ion exchange system. The improved analysis system was used in 90Sr concentration measurement in seaweed sample. The obtained concentration was consistent with the concentration analyzed by worker. Therefore, the automatic analysis system was improved to analyze 90Sr in an ashed environmental sample, successfully. (author)

平成25年1月から平成27年3月までの期間において、復興促進プログラム(マッチング促進)として、「環境試料中ストロンチウム-90(90Sr)分析用自動化システムの開発」に取り組んだ。灰試料(農畜産物及び海水産物)を対象としてストロンチウムを単離するまでの工程を自動化することはできたが、実際の試料中90Sr濃度測定を行うことができていなかったため、本システムによる分析を実施し、作業者による分析・測定結果と比較することにした。また、システムを改良し、各分析工程における装置の性能を向上させることができたので、その内容についても報告する。(著者)Additional details
