Mathematical models of calibration procedures of radioisotope gauges

Creators

Description

A general review is presented of radioisotope gauges used for industrial purposes. Basing on the earlier developed instruments using different effects of the interaction of radiation with a substance, an estimation is made of their mathematical models. It has been stated that the least value of remainder variance is obtained when the calibration procedure is modelled by a logarithmic function. (author)
