Flotation of uraniferous phosphorus ore from Itataia

Description

Flotation conditions, in laboratory and pilot scale, were established in a sample of Itataia uraniferous phosphorus ore which was basically constitute of apatite and calcite. The system of reagents-tall oil, collamil and sodium silicate-was studied in rougher, scavenger and cleaner stage. (M.A.C.)

Estabelecem-se as condicoes de flotacao, em escala de laboratorio e piloto, para uma amostra do minerio fosforo-uranifero de Itataia, constituida basicamente de apatita e calcita. Estudou-se o sistema de reagentes 'tall oil', collamil e silicato de sodio nas etapas 'rougher', 'scavenger' e 'cleaner'. (M.A.C.)
