Numerical simulation of sulfur isotopes separation in a single gas centrifuge

Description
The numerical study of separation of four-component sulfur isotope mixture in the form of the SF6 gas in a single centrifuge is realized using the conservative second-order finite difference algorithm. The dependences of the gas centrifuge separation characteristics on coefficient of feeding stream separation and parameters determining the method of its supply into the apparatus are determined as a result of calculational experiments after the numerical technique adjustment for the centrifuge type selected. 11 refs., 4 figs
