Use of INAA to study the biodistribution of platinum compounds in animals
Description
The concentration of platinum in various organs of mice and rats was determined by neutron activation analysis after injection of tetrachloroplatinate and dichlorodimethioninoplatinum(II). It was found that these platinum complexes had different biodistribution patterns in animals. (author)
