Synthesis of rhenium(V) solvation complexes with cysteine (Cys) and methionine (Met)

Description
Rhenium(V) solvate complexes, [ReO(Cys)Cl(H2O)]H2O, [ReO(Met)Cl2]H2O, [ReO(Cys)Br(H2O)]H2O, [ReO(Met)Br2]H2O, with pyridine, acetonitrile, quinoline, dimethylformamide, and dimethylsulfoxide have been prepared. According to elemental analysis and IR spectra, the reactions with quinoline, dimethylformamide, and dimethylsulfoxide (Solv') yield compounds of the composition [ReO(Cys)Cl(Solv')], [ReO(Met)(Solv')2]Cl, [ReO(Cys)Br(Solv')], [ReO(Met)(Solv')2]Br. The complexes [ReO(Cys)(Solv)2]Cl, [ReO(Cys)(Solv)2]Br are prepared in the reactions with pyridine and acetonitrile. Rhenium(V) chloride solvate complexes are thermally more stable than their isostructural bromide analogues

Получены сольватные комплексы рения(V) с цистеином и метионином путем взаимодействия электронейтральных комплексов [ReO(Cys)Cl(Н2О)]Н2О, [ReO(Met)Cl2]H2O, [ReO(Cys)Br(H2O)]Н2О, [ReO(Met)Br2]H2O с пиридином, ацетонитрилом, хинолином, диметилформамидом и диметилсульфоксидом. По данным элементного анализа и ИК спектроскопии при проведении синтеза с хинолином, диметилформамидом и диметилсульфоксидом (Solv') образуются соединения [ReO(Cys)Cl(Solv')], [ReO(Met)(Solv')2]Cl, [ReO(Cys)Br(Solv')], [ReO(Met)(Solv')2]Br, тогда как проведение синтеза с пиридином и ацетонитрилом (Solv) образуются комплексы [ReO(Cys)(Solv)2]Cl, [ReO(Cys)(Solv)2]Br. Хлоридные сольватокомплексы термически менее устойчивы, чем их бромидные изоструктурные аналогиAdditional details
