Basic principle simulator for Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant
Description
The scope of simulation, functions, hardware and software configuration of the Basic Principle Simulator (BPS) for Qinshan 300 MW PWR Nuclear power plant are described. The BPS could be used to demonstrate basic principles of the NPP and its systems, and used for main operations under normal operating condition. About 20 kinds and 200 points of malfunctions are simulated. The BPS has excellent instructor functions and process graphic display, curve display. It has been put into use since the start of 1991
