Large deviation from Kohler rule in compensated metals at static skin-effect

Description
The paper considers the relation between conduction electrons scattering on the surface of high-purity tungsten and rhenium crystals and Kohler rule in magnetic fields of up to 150 Ke at T = 4.2 K. The single crystals of tungsten with ρ293K/ρ4.2K = 61030 and of rhenium with ρ293K/ρ4,2 = 20700 were used in the experiment. It was found that the static skin-effect due to the interaction of conduction electrons with crystal surface in strong magnetic field was the reason of the observed large deviation from Kohler rule
