Description

An extractum was prepared from the wild medicinal plant Dicranostigma leptodum(maxim.)Fedde (DLF) in Northwest China via reduced-pressure concentration and extraction using 95% ethanol soaking liquid. The compounds in the extractum were separated via chromatographic column chromatography, and then structurally identified via modern spectroscopy and comparison with standard substances. Four alkaloids including Isocorydine, Corydine, Protopine and Chelidonine were identified. The results show that the major chemical constituents are alkaloids in the wild DLF. Moreover, Isocorydine was the most abundant and Chelidonine was separated from DLF for the first time. (paper)
