X-ray fluorescence analizator with radioisotope excitation and computerized data evaluation

  • 1. Budapesti Mueszaki Egyetem (Hungary). Alkalmazott Kemiai Tanszek

Description

An X-ray fluorescence analytical system capable of operating in different computerized data processing and evaluation modes is described. The radioisotope set used for sample excitation is suitable for the determination of all elements except Al. The data collected by a multichannel analyzer can be processed off-line by a large computer or on-line by two different minicomputers operating automatically or in interactive mode. The available spectrum manipulations are described. (D.Gy.)
