A first article outlines that, within a context of climatic emergency, due to the cost decrease of renewable energies and to the maturity of technologies, conditions are met for hydrogen to take its place in the world energy mix: several countries launched important plans for such a development (except Russia, the USA and Gulf countries which do not want to support it).
