The study of pyrolytic graphite electronic structure by Auger-spectroscopy method
- 1. Chelyabinskij Gosudarstvennyj Pedagogicheskij Univ., Chelyabinsk (Russian Federation)
Description
Defect effect on graphite surface electronic state was studied using Auger-spectroscopy. The effect of extra-layer inclusions containing carbon and cesium atoms was simulated. The experimental Auger-spectra were compared with the theoretically calculated state density in graphite valent zone. Increase of defect concentration leads to deformation of energy zones
