A numerical simulation for coupling effect of high intensity laser and plasma

Description
The coupling effect of high-intensity nanosecond laser pulse with Al or CH plasmas are studied using the hydrodynamical equations which are one-dimensional, double-temperature, single-fluid. The effects of laser intensity and wavelength on energy deposition in the target surface and plasma parameters are numerically investigated. The main mechanism of laser plasma coupling includes the free-free Bremsstrahlung emission, inverse Bremsstroblung absorption, the heat diffusion and energy exchange between electrons and ions. The approximate scales of maximum electron temperature give out with respect to the laser intensity
