KL→μ+μ-, the top-quark mass, and other related topics

Description
The dispersive part of the KL→μ+μ- amplitude due to the two-photon intermediate state is reconsidered, including vector-meson contributions in the hidden-symmetry scheme. We find that, contrary to the usual assumption ReAγγ much-lt ReAEW, these two tend to cancel each other, and B(KL→μ+μ-) is rather insensitive to mt. If B(KL→μ+μ-)>7.0x10-9, then a larger value of fB is preferred
