Description

The method of pulsed dosimetry based on detection of ionization in a gas under the effect of the high-intensity ionizing radiation pulse is suggested. The resonator method of SHF plasma diagnostics is used for measurements. The method is applicable in the range of high and superhigh radiation intensities (>or approx.108 Gy/s). The only requirement for the gas used as a sensitive medium, is relatively long lifetime of free electrons
