Atomic-emission determination of impurities in high-purity arsenic with preliminary distillation of base in the form of oxide
- 1. AN SSSR, Novosibirsk (Russian Federation). Inst. Neorganicheskoj Khimii
Description
A new variant of the technique of atomic-emission spectral analysis of high-purity arsenic is suggested with preliminary concentration of the impurities by distillating the base in the form As2O3. The technique allows to simultaneously determine 34 impurities (in particularly, Be, Cd, In, Sr, La, Hf, W, Mo, V, Nb) with the limits of detection 10-8-10-6 mass %
