Scintigraphic study of the arteriolar coronary vascular bed at rest and during hyperemia using labeled microspheres selective intracoronary injection

Description
The hyperemic response induced by the tri-iodinated contrast agent injection for coronarography assesses functional value of the arteriolar areas of coronary distribution. The intracoronary injection of two kinds of microspheres labeled with gamma emitter radionuclides of different levels of energy (99m-Technetium and 113m-Indium) provides comparison of the studied areas-scintigraphies at rest and during hyperemia

La valeur fonctionnelle des territoires arteriolaires de distribution coronaire est appreciable par leur reponse hyperhemique au produit de contraste triiode utilise pour la coronarographie. L'injection intracoronaire de 2 varietes de microspheres marquees avec des indicateurs nucleaires emetteurs de rayonnement gamma d'energie differente: technetium-99m et indium-113m, permet la comparaison des scintigraphies de ces territoires a l'etat basal et en phase hyperhemiqueAdditional details
