Inorganic exchangers in the atomic energy industry with special reference to fission products
Description
The use of inorganic exchangers in spent fuel reprocessing process has great importance. The choice of suitable exchangers and method for isolating individual fission products is governed by the need to observe the principles of efficiency and of economics. The inorganic ion exchange resins and separation methods used are reviewed and briefly discussed along with the use of various fission products. (V.R.). 41 refs., 2 tabs
