Cleanup device for pressure suppression chamber

Description
Purpose: To decontaminate the pressure suppression chamber in a BWR type reactor. Constitution: Coolants in a pressure suppression chamber are introduced by way of an eccs injection pump to a fuel pool coolant cleanup system. Then, coolants in the pressure suppression chamber are introduced into a cleanup device of a system not employed usually and cleaned up in a desalter. Thereafter, the cleaned coolants are returned by way of pipeways to the pressure suppression chamber. (Ikeda, J.)
